I have used Burt's Bees products for years on myself and my 2 year old son.  I was very pleased with the results of the products until I began using them on my daughter who is 5 months old.  She has developed atopic dermatitis (eczema), and I tried several different Burt's Bees products on her with no avail.  I discovered that the products I was using had fragrances added, and I think that was probably the irritant. Finally, I found some Healin' Hollers Lye Soap at a natural food store and began using it.  After only two times of bathing her with it she was noticeably better.  In fact, I used to bathe her every other day, but now I bathe her everyday because it really seems to soothe her skin.
